We at Trail Sportswear are super proud of our stylish training clothes and want you to be too. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will give you the opportunity to return the clothes for a full refund or exchange. Of course, you also have the option of returning the clothes for change if you ordered too large or too small clothes. The right of return applies within 30 days of receiving your order and provided that the clothes are unused and in new condition.
How to return:
- Send an email to retur@trailsportswear.com stating your name, order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you a return label to your email address.
- Put the clothes in the package, close it and attach the return label.
- Leave your return at the nearest postal agent
Please note:
- The clothes must be in original condition and with any patches left.
- If you want a new product or change size, place a new order for what you want instead.
- If you do not have a return label, we will help you get a new one. Send us an email to retur@trailsportswear.com
- As soon as we have received your return, we will process it. All returns are refunded using the same payment method used for your purchase. Please note that it may take 14-30 days before we receive and process your return.
washing instructions
Do not wash clothes more than necessary. Then the clothes last longer at the same time as it is more gentle on the environment. Follow the washing instructions on the clothes, dose the detergent carefully and use environmentally friendly detergent. Close zippers, snap buttons and buckles before washing. A general advice is to wash the clothes at a maximum of 30 °C. Avoid the dryer and let the clothes hang to dry instead. Do not use fabric softener when washing functional garments as it clogs the fibers of the material and destroys the ability to transport moisture away.
